5 · Agreement Terms

Insertion Order — Self-Serve. By checking the box below and authorizing payment, you ("Partner") agree to the following:

1. Creative Approval. RealtyLine Austin & Newsline San Antonio ("Publisher") reserves the right to reject any creative that does not meet spec, contains misleading claims, or conflicts with editorial standards. If rejected, Publisher will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

2. Placement & Delivery. The campaign runs from the start date through the end date selected, displayed in the placement and publication you selected. Impressions are best-effort against committed inventory; Publisher does not guarantee CTR or conversion outcomes.

3. Payment. Card payment includes a 3% processing surcharge (shown above) and is charged in full at booking. No refunds after creative goes live except for verified delivery failures.

4. Indemnification. Partner warrants it owns or has license to all creative content, including images, logos, and trademarks, and agrees to indemnify Publisher against third-party IP claims.

5. Cancellation. Pre-launch cancellations get a full refund. Mid-flight cancellations are pro-rated minus a 15% restocking fee.
